Satya Ranjan Ghosh (Charpara Action)
Born in 1912 at Basail, Mymensingh, Bangladesh, s/o Durga Das Ghosh. A member of Anusheelan Samity at the age of 15. Arrested in February 1932 in connection with Charpara action, Tangail and convicted for 7 years by a special tribunal and deported to Cellular jail.Took part in second hunger strike.Released in 1938. Arrested and detained under D.I.R. rules from 1940 -1945. Total jail period more than 10 years.
Sudhanshu Bhushan Das Gupta (Arms Act Born 1919, Bishnupur, Bankura, West Bengal)
s/o Late Kesharaj Das Gupta. Belonged to Yugantar Party. Arrested in 1933 and was sentenced to a prison term of 5 years under Arms Act. Deported to the Andamans. Participated in the second hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937 and released in 1938. Total jail period more than 5 years.
Sudhanshu Ranjan Das Gupta (Bharukathi Bomb Action)
Born 01.01.1916, Barukathi, Jhalakathi, Barisal, Bangladesh s/o Late Ashwini Kumar Das Gupta. Joined Yugantar Party at the age of 12. Arrested in civil disobedience movement 1930 and suffered 3 months R.I. in 1933, December . Arrested in connection with the Barukathi Bomb Action and was sentenced to 5 years R.I. Deported to the Cellular Jail. Took part in second hunger strike. Repatriated in November 1937 and released in 1938. Total jail period more than 5 years.
Sukumar Ghosh (Lebong Action)
Born 28.11.1908, Subhadya, Daca, Bangladesh s/o Late Pratap Chandra Ghosh. Belonged to Bengal Volunteers Matriculate. Remained underground from 1932 to 1934. Govt declared handsome reward for his arrest.Arrested in July, 1934 , in connection with Lebong Action and then Governor Anderson Shooting and sentenced to 14 years prison term. Deported to the Andamns. Participated in the second hunger strike. Repatriated in January 1938. Detained as a security prisoner after the completion of the prison term. Released in 1946. Total jail period more than 12 years.
