Shri Ajoy Sinha (Arms Act)
Born 1915 in Calcutta , s/o Late Ramesh Chandra Sinha, Deputy Magistrate. Joined Anusheelan Samity in 1929. was a school student. Dah contact with Yugantar Party and Sreesangha arrested in 1933 in Calcutta with arms. Sentenced to 10 years R.I. Deported to the Cellular jail. Participated in the second hunger strike. Repatriated in January 1938. Released in 1939. Arrested in 1940 at Bhadreshwar , Dist Hooghly and convicted to 2 years R.I. for disturbing seditios leaflets. Total jail period Nine years. Died 1977 .
Shri Bijoy Kumar Sinha (Lahore Conspiracy case)
Born 17.01.1909, Kanpur, s/o Markand das Sinha, was a student of Christ Church College, while a school student became an active member of H.R.A ajoy ghosh and batukeshwar Dutta was his classmate. Ajoy Ghosh was convicted in Lahore Conspiracy case. Remained underground for about 2 years. Undergone hunger strike at Lahore Jail. Sentenced for transportation of life. Deported to the Andamans. Participated in the hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937. released in 1938but afterwards kept in detention from 1941--1945. Total jail period 17 years. His brother Raj Kumar Singh was convicted in Kakori Case.
Shri Bimal kumar Sarker (Bishnupur Mail Action Bishnupur- Bankura)
s/o Late Satish Chandra Sarkar. Matriculate, Arrested in 1933in connection with Bishnupur Mail Action, belonged to Yugantar Party, there was another co-accused, Mritunjoy Banerjee, sentenced to 5 years R.I. Deported to the Andamans. Participated in the second hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937. Released in 1939. Total jail period about suix years.
Shri Bindubhushan Sen (Jamalpur Police Station Shooting Action)
Born 1909, Parchkahania, Mymensingh, Bangladesh, belonged to Yuganter Party. Remained underground for about one year. Arrested and sentenced to 5 years prison term in connection with Jamalpur police Station ShootingAction. Deported to the Andamans. Remained incarcerated in the Cellular Jail for about one and half years. Repatraited on medical grounds. Rearrested after release and detained till April 1938. Again arrested under D.I.R. in 1941 and was kept behind prisonbars till 1946. Total jail period about ten years.
