Biraj Deb (Kalikacha Shooting Action And Itakhola Mail action in Sylhet, Assam)
Born May 1915, Komilla, Bangladesh, s/o Late Ishwar Chandra Dey. Joined Shree Sangha Group. Arrested on 13th March 1933. sentenced to transportation for life for 20 and 25 years respectively. Prison term to run concurrently. Deported to the Andamans. Took part in second hunger strike and also the Alipore Jail hunger strike in 1939 July for 36 days. Repatriated in January 1938 and released in August 1946.Total jail period 14 years.
Chintaharan Das (Manicktalla Arms-Find Conspiracy Case)
S/o Late Dinabandhu Das, born in 1900 at Manakhan, Faridpur, Bangladesh. Member of Anusheelan at age 18. Arrested and convicted in 1935 for 5 years and deported to Andamans. Three years in Cellular jail and about one year in mainland jails.
Chunilal Deb (Medda Action Born 17th November 1906 at Brahmanberia , Bangladesh)
s/o Late Bhagan Chandra Deb . Participated in civil disobedience movement in 1930 and 31 and arrested in connection with Medda Action in 1932 and sentenced to 7 years R.I. on 7 th March 1933 deported to Andamans. Participated in second hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937 and released in the fall of 1939. Total jail period 7 years.
Dhirendra Chandra Das (Sealdah Action)
Born 1910 in Dum Dum Mymensingh, Bangladesh, s/o Late Jogendra Kishore Das. Belonged to Yugantar Party. Arrested in Sealdah Action but released on appeal to high court. Rearrested and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment under Arms Act. Escaped from Berhampur Jail, rearrested and deported to Andamans. Took part in second hunger strike. Total jail period more tahan 6 years.
